Some Reservations Not Automatically Appearing in System

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding some of ours reservations. It has come to our notice that these bookings are not automatically appearing in our Opera PMS system, necessitating manual entry.

 

Given that we utilize the Opera PMS system, it's imperative that reservations are seamlessly integrated into our system for efficient management. However, the current situation requires us to manually input these reservations, which is both time-consuming and prone to errors.

 

Could you please investigate this matter further and determine if there is a solution to ensure that Genius reservations are automatically synchronized with our Opera PMS system? Streamlining this process would greatly enhance our operational efficiency and guest service.
