Terminate contract

Would like to remove my property from booking.com site since it’s stating that they are not taking any bookings for my property. Been searching how to terminate my contract, but it seems so difficult to come through. I’ve no pending payments.

I am very sorry to hear that you would like to terminate your contract! Is there anything that I can try to help you with and change your mind?

If no and still want to close your Booking.com account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the extranet
  2. Click on Inbox and then click on Booking.com messages
  3. Click on See contact options
  4. Choose Account (password, contacts, channel manager, devices, terminate contract) as the topic and Terminate contract (selling property, temporary and permanent closure) as the subtopic
  5. Click on Terminate contract and then answer all the questions that follow
  6. Read the important information displayed and then tick the box to confirm you acknowledge this and that you’re certain you want to terminate your contract
  7. Click on Terminate my contract
  8. Read the terms and conditions of terminating your contract and then tick the box to confirm you understand these
  9. Click on Terminate my contract again
  10. Read the confirmation message and then click on Close
