Unable to upload my video in a phone to reconfirm my location

I've been trying to upload my video at my phone to reconfirm my property location but when I am about to upload i have nowhere to find my files saved video. It is automatically gabe you 2 options either to take picture or upload from gallery. Unfortunately, my video files i can't find at all to upload.
