Unmapped Rooms

Hello Booking.com Support,

We don’t have a room type called “Double Room with Two Beds” on Booking.com, but booking.com is booking guests anyways with this room type for our property, see booking number 2603496080 as evidence.

The only room types I’m showing on our Booking.com admin account are “Queen – Preferred Landing”, “Mini Suite”, “Queen Room”, and “Queen Room with Kitchenette”

Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?  How is it possible for there to be a reservable room type that's not even showing as a room type on my booking.com extranet admin side?
