Verification of listings

Hi - Did anyone have this problem? My properties are on a Caribbean Island with no mail service. I listed 5 properties and Booking.com won't activate them until they send by mail a letter with a code, which I'll never receive. I've asked for other ways to verify, and was told there are, but they still continue to wait for me to enter the code that was mailed. The phone numbers they publish don't work. I've asked for a phone call to no avail. If anyone has had this problem of verification, how was it resolved?

If you are not able to receive this letter with the unique code, our local support team can help you with alternative verification method. Please send us a message via your extranet Inbox -> Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there, then click on See Contact Options -> select a relevant topic eg. Account -> select a relevant subtopic eg. Other -> then click see all contact options -> Message -> write your message.
