Verification Property Location

Hello Dear, 

Can you please verificate my property location because until now I didn't receive letter or can we schedule a phone call.

I tried lot of time to contact your customer service but no one answered also you don't have mobile phone for Albania.

Hope soon my property status will change

If you don’t have access to postal services or immediate access to the property that you’re listing on our platform, you’ll need to contact us so we can arrange an alternative way of verifying your address.

To find a dedicated phone number to call, log in to the extranet, click on Inbox and then click on Booking.com messages. We don’t publish these phone numbers here because we only offer this service to current partners.

I don't know if you clearly understood me, I can't contact because you don't have customer service in Albania or Monaco.

How can I contact you, can you send me any number of you and what time my property will be live, I don't want to lose this season ?
