why have i not received my payouts, but it is showing it was sent to my bank?

I am on my THIRD booking through this platform now and i have yet to see any of the funds in my account, can't directly talk with agents and this is totally poor satisfactory,

Please see Section 3: Getting paid by bank transfer. Additionally, if you still have questions, you can reach out to our customer service team via the Extranet Inbox and 'Booking.com Messages'. Use the 'See Contact Options' button on the right hand side of the page to send a message to the relevant team.

I have not received my payout although it shows that it was sent to my Bank.

When phoning BC they just tell you they are sorry and that the payment might still come. I must wait up to 10 days. Well  it is now 13 days later and still nothing. They tell me that they will get the FINANCE DEPT to phone me.....after 7 days I am still waiting. 

Guests stayed end Sept and still I do not get my payout. Unacceptable. And nobody knows why, nor come back with an answer.
