Why I’m I charged for a guest who I didn’t host

Good morning booking.com, 

It’s unfair to issue me an invoice to pay commission on a guest that didn’t show up. Let me inform you that I have paid the invoice for the guest I hosted and humbly ask you to unblock my account.
