Knock Knock, it’s Me! May I Come in? (extranet login procedure in a nutshell)

As you know, you will need to create a user login to access the Extranet to oversee your property’s page and manage reservations, finances, messages, content...etc. Getting the key to let you in is simpler than you think (you will be verified, of course, as access is not blindly granted) and adding/removing logins for your colleagues can be done in just a few clicks. We take security very seriously at, and just as any other organization with important information about your personal life or finances would require a pin code or multi step verification process, we will verify you and every user requesting access/new login to your property’s individual Extranet .  


The initial login will be created using the registered email and the password you chose during registration. Once you are verified, you will be able to access the Extranet 24/7 and will be assigned as the administrator. From there, you will have access to all of the Extranet. To log in:

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your email (login name) and password.
  3. Set your preferred language and log in.

Now you’re in, but need to set up some more logins for your colleagues? Easy Peasy. As the admin, you will be able to create and manage users, and delegate who gets access to what. To do this, log into your Extranet and go to Account at the upper right hand side of the screen and drop down to “Create and Manage Users” (see photo below):

Once there, you will see yourself as the Admin user and be able to view the access rights you have (as Admin you will have all of them) as well as see the last time you logged in. This information will be available for every user you add. To create a new login, you will see a little blue box on the upper right hand side of this page called  “Invite new user”

From there, you can either create a new user or add an existing user - depending on what it is you wish, or need, to do. 

Once you have completed the steps, will generate (and verify, of course!) the new or existing user login to your property’s page and you can then manage which access rights they can have. Access rights include managing the calendar (where you will see inventory), messages to and from guests or, finances and much more. As the Admin to your property’s page, you have control. If, for one reason or another, you are not granted as the Admin but will need to get access as one, you can contact your representative and ask them to submit a request to give you Admin rights. Know that there can be multiple users with Admin rights, so if you are a property owner and would like your General Manager to have the same Admin rights as you, you can assign them as a fellow Admin through the “Create and manage users” under Account. Only Admin users can modify access rights to other users. Otherwise, requests will need to be submitted through your representative. 

Once you’re registered with us, you won’t need to knock, you’re already in. Our work home is yours.
