Experiencing inconsistency in delivering SMS messages and phone calls for verifying identity

Built-in customer service troubleshooting does not work as intended because there is no local office in Jordan

Inability to access settings, reservation details, and virtual credit card details due to this issue except for the few times where SMS messages do go through

Inability to disable 2FA or circumvent the issue by verifying identity through an email

Article advice does not work as using the inbox contact method provides a foreign line to contact

Already sent a message through booking.com inbox service and awaiting a response.
