Cancel Reservation

A customer made a last minute reservation today (ref # 2428636743). Our customer, who stayed in the booked villa, extended his reservation for one more day; and airbnb and although the calendars were linked, the calendar was not closed and there was a one-night conflict for the same villa. Even though we explain the situation by sending a message to the customer, they do not cancel the reservation, we cannot cancel it - when we want to cancel it, a message that you can cancel 48 hours before appears, whereas this is a last minute reservation, that is, after 16:00 on the same day.

We ask for your support both to rectify this situation in your system (granting the right to cancel a last-minute reservation as a Partner - because the customer does not cancel the reservation by malicious behavior) and to cancel this reservation.
