Once you’ve uploaded your video and we’ve confirmed your property’s location, the Confirm property location banner will disappear from the extranet. Can you please check if you still see this banner in your extranet account?

 i also send a video to confirm my property location and from now my property location is it not confirm as yet. How long it will take for my property to be open??

Yes I reall need your help because my video is not approve since about more than 2 monts from now.

My property is stil not open. Her is my property information :

I already send 2 emails to support and i only received an autoreply message. Nothing has been change from now.

I also call many time but also getting the same message that someone will verify mi video to activate my account.
