Hi, since three days ago I can't enter to menssaging sector to answer to my clients

There is an "error 404" when I'm entering to the link of "reservation messages". All the page is working good, I can't enter just to that section

Another colleagues can enter but not me. 
This is an example of a link that is trying to redirect
https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/extranet_ng/manage/messaging…

Can you help me with this?
