Password expired and blocked out of account

Hi, our campsite has been blocked out of our account. We login with the username 2359820 and it tells us the password has expired. We are Maestrat Park Camping, and my name is Anne, I manage the campsite. My email address AMDawson6@gmail.com and my work email Anne@maestratpark.es are on the account. The problem is that the links to re-set our password are sent to Emma's email address, and Emma died 2 years ago from cancer, and her email address has been closed down. So we cannot access the email that is being sent out by booking.com and we are blocked out of our account to view any bookings and manage the rentals in general. Can someone please help?
