Pulse notifications not working

I've installed Pulse on my mobile (Huawei P40 PRO) from the official Huawei AppGallery and logged in with my account.

Unfortunately, Pulse does not show any notification when I receive a message from a customer.

I checked Settings-Notification->Pulse and everything is enabled. Also, I checked that notifications are enabled on the phone setting.

Uninstalled and re-installed the app but it did not help.

Other app reviewers are complaining that notifications are not working anymore (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.booking.hotelmanager&…)

 

Any idea how to solve this?

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hello Marius, did you solve the problem? Since august updates i don't get the notifications - i have Pulse installed on 3 phones, same problem. No support from the developer team, none from booking. Thanks!

We still dont get any notifications on my iPhone 13. I got a new reservation today but the pulse app did not show anything. 

This is utterly useless.

I am having the same issue, even restored my phone and still nothing, installed the app on other 3 devices and still the same result, I think this app its just a decoration piece on my phone. Please fix this, I am getting notifications of guest's messages up to 8 hours after they sent them.

The same with me. Android 12. No notification from Pulse, everything was ok until the last few months. Any idea how to solve it?

Same problem too. Last year it worked, I could receive notifications once the message from a customer was posted, but this year I have to go myself to check if I have a message. I removed the application and checked that the notifications parameters was on, but the result remains the same.
