Adding additional guest's after booking

Hi, I keep getting requests from guests to add extra guests AFTER they have booked - this costs me alot more as I have to pay for the extra changeover linen cleaning etc.

Is there a way to charge them extra through booking.com? 



not reccomended, collect directly or via online or 3rd party service.


remember all extras via BdC booking means commissionable amount increases.


else switch to occupancy based rate plans and ask PS team to switch it over and update the booking.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
