Booking received for 1st Jan 2022

Hi we have had an unusually long booking for the whole of January, the guest is travelling from Sri Lanca and in the current covid situation we would like to know more about them. They are not answering our messages and we are wondering if they are a spam booking. What can we do

That's great to hear that you are getting some 2022 business! I'm sure if you  have reached out to them via Extranet and no reply, our CS team may be able to help you chat them up. I'd reach out to see if they can assist you.

Have talked to B .Com and they have been unable to contact the guest either.They say that they cannot cancel the booking however we are really concerned especially with the increasing Omicron covid threat. It means we will have to contact B.Com again as they have not got back to us. Slightly disappointed with them as they are meant to help us as owners not turn a blind eye.
