Contacting HELP

Hello,

 

I am still waiting for a payment of booking.com from JUNE 2021

Reclaiming the missing payment with more than 50 messages to the help-'center' I finally got an answer AFTER MORE THAN THREE WEEKS telling me that they would now check (and confirming that there IS an error by booking.com). Since then: NOTHING.

 

What a poor behaviour.
