How and when I get paid

Hello

how I can know if the tenant(s) already paid for their stay before checking in as per the policy I set up in Booking.com? And how the tenants can pay me? I entered my bank accounts in my booking.com so not sure how the payment process works

those are two different things and only one can be.

either they prepay BdC or you 

or on arrival

 

... or you :

simply update New Reservation template with 

 

"PREPAID is required to confirm booking. Please use the following info for prepayment:

 

  • define prepay methods allowed
  • define prepay time window before you cancel the reservation, min 24h.
  • define terms - failure to prepay within the time limit results in loss of reservation.
  • failure to respond or acknowledge this action also results in cancelation

 


If you want BdC to take prepayment you ca neither get a 3rd party for taking VCC or ask for Payments by Booking ( requirements )

 

but better to just use the PREAID New reservation template method.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
