How can I open?

It shows CLOSED / NOT BOOKABLE. How can I change status OPEN / BOOKABLE?

Hello,

If the property is ready to be reopened, there will be a blue button on the homepage that will allow you to do so. 

If this is not available, you can reach out to our support team through the inbox tab in the extranet, and they can assist you to see what you need to do to reopen.
