Hi !I have recieved mail that I need to pay my invoices,but I havent got invoices on my Pulse app,I dont know how much I have to pay.

We came out of Booking.com a month ago. We may well have invoices but as I cannot access the section for our deleted property how am I supposed to see or recieve emails.

Send the invoice to *** and I will check it and pay.

Even if your property is offline and not selling on Booking.com, you should still have access to this information if you login through the extranet portal Booking.com Extranet Login Page using your main admin account.

If you are missing that tab for some reason, please send a message through the extranet inbox to the Finance team and they will be able to assist you further.

Hi Vladana,

You should have received an e-mail with the invoice amount (check your spam/junk folder) but you can also view your invoices on the desktop version of our extranet. Simply login with the same credentials you use for Pulse and click on the Finance tab and click Invoices.
