Invoice payment

I have received a revised invoice but instead of updating the final amount, I got a credit note. So, it is not clear if I can pay the original full invoice or the reduced one. For taxing purposes, I would appreciate if you can re-issue original invoice wih the correct final figure to be paid.

Thank you in advance.

Dear Maria,

Unfortunately, we cannot reissue the invoice.

You can pay the invoice in full and save the credit note for another time. Or you can write to the finance team in the property inbox, subject "finance" and share the credit note invoice number and the invoice number of the invoice you want it applied to, and then pay the invoice less that amount. Please ensure you let our team know where you want the credit applied and both applicable invoice numbers.

Best,

Haley

Ok, I see. So, I can pay the net amount (i.e., the difference) then taking into account the credit note.

Thank you for clarifying things.

Best,

Dear Nikos,

This can be done but you must let our team know which invoice you want the credit note applied to as mentioned above. If this is not done, the invoice will appear short paid.
