Listing is not bookable - location verified, rooms/rates available

Hi Community,

I am struggling to get my listing live and bookable. I received the initial location verification code in the mail and did not log into booking.com to verify my property within the required time. I requested another code to be sent, which I received and I registered the property, received confirmation that it was registered. However it's still showing as closed/not bookable. Everything in the "Property" tab has been checked off. Location is now verified (has been for weeks), the calendar is up to date and rooms are bookable for all rates. It's not clear to me what else is needed to unblock my account.

  1. Rate plans must be active in calendar, for the date range
  2. Open/close rooms tool review , use to open all rooms etc.
  3. request review by PS team

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
