No show And cancellation fee

I just had a customer that didn't showed up yesterday. If I decide to charge him am I still going to received a payment or not? 

I called him and message him before but no answer was received. He booked one month ago for 15 nights.

Help please! I don't want to pay a fee without receiving any payment.

Hello Bianca,

The guest credit card info will be in the guest reservation under the reservation tab. Once you acquire this number, you can charge it based on the policy you provided to the guest.

If you cannot collect payment, you can mark the reservation as a no show and that you did not charge, so we do not charge commission. Please see more detailed steps here:
