suspension of my property

hello 

I have sent message to customer service but couldn't had answer please  help me find out what to do 

the problem is somebody claimed I asked him  to cancel booking.com to save commission inspite I paid 106 for September.. do you think  I paid  106 jd and need to save  12 jd ??? I don't think  it's ligic
