Unable to reach my Account Manager
We are a recently opened dual branded property in Pompano Beach, Florida. I have been trying for 3+ weeks to get into contact with my account manager regarding other property admins login information. Also, there is incorrect information posted on priceline.com, and when I modify in the extranet it does not change priceline. I have emailed 5+ times, call daily, and even schedule a call through a booking.com representative daily, and have had no contact. Does anyone have any experience with going above your account manager, or a better way to contact her?
