when persons in reserve do not show up

I have a reservation for today but they do not open the phone and do not write in the chat if it does not appear or is the night paid?

Hello Zan, if I understand well, the guest did not communicate with you before arrival and you worry about the payment. In all cases, you are the one who is charging the guest, whether it's through a Booking.com virtual credit card or the guest's credit card directly. So go ahead and charge the guest, but first please make sure that you respect the reservation policy. ;)
