Why Our property is not bookable?

Since we have tie up with staah our Channel Manger we did not receive a single booking from bookings.com

Dear Abhijit,

The best thing to do is contact your channel manager to ensure everything is flowing correctly. Sometimes a small setting can disrupt the bookings from feeding over. The channel manager, if they realize it's on Bookings end, can contact our connectivity team to further troubleshoot.

I did i have been in touch with Channel Manger Stahh & their team but the problem is not solved.

 

Is it possible to discontinue with Staah Our channel manger & use extranet of bookings.com?
