The details I received from my channel manager are showing differently than a guest’s booking. What should I do?

If the number of reserved rooms in your property management system (PMS) differs from the reservation details on the Booking.com Extranet, check this with your provider.
If you think it’s a mistake on the guest’s part, tell them to call the Booking.com Customer Service Team.
