How do I change channel managers?

With our Quick Switch process, you can change your channel manager without taking your property offline.

Rather than deactivating your old connection on, you'll stay connected until the switch to a new provider is complete – so you won’t miss any potential bookings.

To change your channel manager, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Extranet and click the Account icon on the top right-hand corner, then Channel Manager from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click Switch to a new channel manager to start the Quick Switch process to a new provider. Remember, you don’t need to deactivate your old connection on

  3. On the same page, search and choose from one of our selected providers, then set up an agreement with them. 

  4. After accepting the agreement, the new provider will receive an email containing your details and connection request, and begin to perform the necessary mapping and configuration. Until the switch process is complete you'll stay connected to your old channel manager.

  5. After the new provider completes the configuration, you'll receive a notification in your Inbox tab. Confirm you want to connect to that particular provider.

  6. Once you give your final confirmation, the old provider connection is deactivated, and the new provider connection becomes active.

Note: While you don’t need to deactivate your old connection to start a switch process, it's worth checking your agreement with your current provider before switching to see if you must cancel your connection with them directly.
