How do I find the room ID when I’m mapping a new room type?

Most channel managers automatically map all rooms that are newly added to the Extranet. Check with your provider if this applies to the channel manager you use.

If you are mapping rooms yourself, you can check the room ID as follows:

  1. Log on to your Extranet.
  2. Click on Property, then Room Details or Property Layout, depending on your property type.
  3. Under each room type, you’ll see a unique ID number you can use to map room types on both and your channel manager.
