I recently set up a Genius rate, but I'm not receiving email notifications. What should I do?

It’s best to first check that these reservations are actually all Genius rates.

It could be that a reservation hasn’t come through from your channel manager provider. If this is the case, you can contact them directly.

If this is a recurring issue, be sure to contact the Booking.com Connectivity team by sending us a message through your Extranet Inbox. Select Property Details as the subject so we can check your settings.
