I use a channel manager, but I'm not receiving emails about reservations. What should I do?

We'll email you with reservation details if the provider fails to retrieve the information. If this is happening regularly, contact your provider to resolve it.

At any point after booking, you can always check all reservation details on your Booking.com Extranet (in the Reservations tab).
