The terms of the 0% Commission Program are offered and must be accepted at the property level. Program details, such as the date of acceptance and start and end dates, can be different for each property.

Understanding the applicable terms of the program

If one or several of your properties were eligible and enrolled in the program, here’s how to find the program details and applicable terms for each of your properties:

  1. Log in to the Extranet
  2. Click Account, then Contracts
