Keep your bank and invoicing details up to date to receive accurate invoices from us and to send payments if you pay commission fees via Direct Debit.

Changing your bank details

Here’s how to review and edit your bank details:

  1. Log in to the Extranet
  2. Click the Finance tab, then Bank details or Finance settings to view
  3. Click Edit bank details under Receiving payouts from Booking.com or Direct debit payments to Booking.com to change your info
  4. Finish by clicking Save

Once you complete this process, you won’t be able to edit your bank details again for 24 hours. The change takes seven days to be validated and processed in our system.

Be aware of some common mistakes when adding bank details that may impact receiving payouts: 

  • Incorrect account holder’s name 
  • Special letters in the account holder’s name 
  • Incorrect IBAN
  • Bank account can’t receive funds from abroad 
  • Bank account can receive a limited amount of funds 
  • Bank account in a different currency than the payout currency

Reviewing your invoice details

To view your invoice details on the Extranet, follow these steps. To change any of your invoice details, including legal company name, message us via the Extranet inbox. 

  1. Log in to the Extranet
  2. Click on the Finance tab, then Invoices
  3. Click Legal company name to view your current invoice details
