Understanding VAT, city, and local taxes

You’ll find an overview of all your VAT and tax settings on the Extranet, including whether local and city taxes are included in the rates you charge your guests.

Here’s how to check your current VAT and tax settings:

1. Log in to the Extranet
2. Click Property, then VAT/tax/charges
3. Click Edit settings to make changes
4. Click Confirm settings to save your changes

If an existing locality charge is loaded to the Extranet—for example, city tax—you may be able to edit your settings. 

You may be able to change your tax settings on the Extranet, but contact us if you can’t.
