My property was auto-closed, but now I've paid my invoice: What happens next?
Updated 6 months ago
If your property was auto-closed due to an unpaid invoice, send us payment as quickly as possible so customers can book your property on the site again.
Once we receive payment, your property will automatically return to Ready to go open/Bookable status. No need to contact us directly.
All you have to do is make sure your rates and availability are accurate, then click the Open your property button under the Home tab of the Extranet.
The length of this process will depend on your bank. We’ll let you know as soon as your property's status changes.
