Will I pay commission for double-bookings?
Updated 6 months ago
Yes, commission is charged when you're double-booked.
We understand that mistakes can happen and we’re always here to help you relocate guests in the case of a double-booking. However, as the room was made available on Booking, com, we’ll still charge commission for this booking and ask you to cover any relocation costs for the guest.
If there are circumstances you’d like us to know about, you can always get in touch with us via your inbox, or by calling your local customer service number.
Exceptions:
If you’ve been live on Booking.com for fewer than 30 days, or you’ve had fewer than 5 double-bookings in 12 months, no commission will be charged.
