We resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently noticed a technical issue on the Extranet that meant the info displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know that we resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

There’s no need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

How do I set up my host profile on Pulse?

Add a personal touch to your property page by writing a host profile. Here you can highlight the unique benefits of your property, add info about the neighborhood, and even include a welcome message for your future guests.

On the Pulse app, you can tell guests a more about yourself and what makes your place special by completing a host profile. Just follow these steps:

Complete your host profile on Pulse using Android

  1. Open the Pulse app and tap “More.” 

  2. If you manage multiple properties on Pulse, select the relevant one under “Properties.”

  3. Tap “Your profile.”

  4. Add a name along with a photo of yourself or the property.

  5. Add info about your property, neighborhood, and/or yourself as a host.

  6. When you’re done, tap on “Save” to confirm your changes.

  7. To add info in other languages, tap on “Add language” and repeat the above steps.

Note: The host profile feature is only available for certain properties for now. If you’re using Pulse on iOS, we’re working hard to bring this feature to you very soon! Until then, you can change your main photo directly on the Extranet.
