Once you complete registration, your details are sent to our team for review. After that, you’ll get a confirmation email with your unique login name. You’ll also get a separate email with a link to create your password.
With your unique login and password, you can access your admin dashboard – at Booking.com, we call it the Extranet. Accessible 24/7, the Extranet is your one-stop shop for property management. Check and update your property info, including reservations, rates and availability, and payment info.
If you’ve signed up but haven’t heard back from us yet, don’t worry — we’re still reviewing your info and will be in touch soon.
If you’re logging in to the Extranet from a new device, you’ll be asked to verify your details.
Choose one of the following options:
Phone call: Receive a 6-digit code via an automated phone call
Text message: Receive a 6-digit code by SMS.
Pulse verification code: Log in to the Pulse app and get your PIN from the “More” page.
Once you’ve confirmed your verification code, you’ll be able to log in to the Booking.com Extranet from your new device.
If you forget your password or want to reset it for security reasons, follow these steps:
Click “Having trouble signing in?”
Select “Forgot your password?”
Enter your login name and click “Create new password.”
Enter your new password.
Note: Your username is the email address you provided during registration. If you forget your username, select “Forgot your username?” from the same screen for more info.
After entering incorrect login credentials 5 times in a row, you’ll be locked out of your account for security reasons. To access your account again, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps above. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your email address. Click “Yes, create my password” and we’ll email you a link for resetting it.
