Property facilities

On the Extranet, we offer a list of the most popular facilities among guests. You can add, change, or remove facilities depending on what’s available at your property.

Looking for a specific facility? If it’s not available, we suggest selecting a similar one or adding the info in the "About your property" section.

Property description

We use these facilities, location details, and other items from your property info to auto-generate a description. It will highlight what guests are most interested in seeing according to our data, and appear under the property photos.

We’re always working hard to make sure property descriptions are the best they can be. Here’s why auto-generated content is so effective at attracting potential guests:

  • Always up to date: Auto-generating the property description means it’s always up to date and highlighting what’s most relevant for potential guests.  

  • Attention-grabbing: Our data shows that guests hardly ever read the entire description. That’s why we generate a brief overview with info about your property’s facilities, nearby landmarks, and neighborhood, since that’s what potential bookers are most interested in.

  • Available in all supported languages. We market your property around the world in up to 43 \ languages. Being able to translate your description quickly and easily helps us guarantee that all guests are seeing the most accurate info.

We don’t change these auto-generated descriptions unless there’s a factual discrepancy. If there’s an error related to the property type, facilities, or location info you provided, follow these instructions and we’ll correct it.

Personalizing your profile

We know your property is special to you, so we want you to be able to add personal touches.

That’s why we have 3 sections on the property page where you can share things that make you, your property, and neighborhood unique. You can edit these sections in your own words.

PIf any personal info is included in these sections, it will not be displayed. If you filled out one of these sections but it isn’t visible to guests on your property page, make sure the content you included doesn’t contain personal info.

Photos are the best way to boost bookings and make your property stand out from the rest. Here are more tips on creating the perfect property page. To help you attract more guests, we also developed the Property Page Score.

Fine print

We also provide a fine print section where you can pick from several standard phrases and add additional info to your profile.

Photos of your property

Our data shows you only have 10 seconds to grab potential guests’ attention. The best way to do that is with photos.

Need some inspiration?

You’ll need to upload at least one photo of your property to sign up, but we recommend adding as many as possible. You can always add, change, or delete the pictures later.
