How does verify my identity when I call?

We want to make sure that all our partners are aware of the importance of cybersecurity and are kept safe from phishing and other types of online fraud.

That’s why we set up verification processes, making sure all the data on your Extranet is kept as secure as possible.

Some things to remember:

  • If you contact us by phone, you’ll be asked for your property ID. This is a unique ID number given to you when you join
  • Only partners who manage the property’s Extranet should have access to this. Don’t share this number with guests.
  • You’ll also be asked to verify your property name.
  • We’ll ask for your name and your role/position at the property/business. This is to make sure we're giving the correct access to the relevant person, and in case we need to follow up on the call.
