We resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently noticed a technical issue on the Extranet that meant the info displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know that we resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

There’s no need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Where can I find my General Delivery Terms (GDT)?

Whether you have an individual or group agreement with Booking.com, you can request your GDT following one of the sets of steps below.

We’ll email a PDF version of the updated GDT within two business days to the person listed as your contract contact.

If you have an individual agreement with Booking.com, here’s how to request your GDT:

  1. Log in to the Extranet.
  2. Click Account, then Contracts
  3. Click Request

If you have a group agreement with Booking.com, here’s how to request your GDT:

  1. Log in to the group Extranet from your master account.
  2. Click Finance
  3. Click Request GDT

Note: The British English version of the GDT takes precedence over and acts as the source for all translations.
