How do I make changes to deposit and pre-payment information?

If you want to make changes to deposits, or how much guests need to pay in advance, here’s what you need to do:
- Click the Property tab in the Extranet and select Policies.
- Under Cancellation and prepayment policies you can modify your prepayment requirements by clicking on Change policy.
- Remember to click Save when you’re done.
