How can I make changes to deposit and pre-payment information?

If you want to make changes to deposits, or how much guests need to pay in advance, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Click on the Property tab in the Extranet and select Policies.
  2. Under Cancellation and prepayment policies you can modify your prepayment requirements by clicking on Change policy.
  3. Remember to click Save when you’re done.
