Managing my services charges
To make changes to service charges like cleaning fees and other additional services, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Extranet
- Click Property, then Policies
- In the Other policies section, scroll down to Additional fees & charges and click Edit
- Click Add another fee
- Under Type of fee, select the required type of fee from the drop-down menu
- Indicate whether or not this fee is already part of the rate, select a payment type from the drop-down menu, and enter the fee amount
- Click Save
- To edit a fee, update the info and click Save
- To remove a fee, click Remove fee, then Save
If you don’t see the option to update your fees and charges, or want a particular service charge to apply for specific dates, contact us via the Extranet inbox.
