Updating your internet, pets, and parking policies
To edit info about your property’s internet services, parking facilities, or pets, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Extranet
- Go to the Property tab and click Policies.
- Under Other Policies, you can manage info such as internet connection, parking facilities, and rules for pets:
- To manage your internet connection settings—including cost, connection type, and service location—click Edit under Internet, parking, and pets.
- Click Edit under Internet, parking, and pets to manage your house rules for pets and any additional fees
- Click Save once you finish your changes
To make changes to your parking info, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Extranet
- Click Property, then Facilities & services
- Scroll down to the Transportation section and update your parking info
- Click Save once you finish your changes
