Attract guests by showing them what facilities your property has. Any facilities you indicate will appear in our filters, making you more visible on our platform. You can update your facilities on the Extranet or in the Pulse app.

Updating your facilities on the Extranet
Follow these steps to update your property’s facilities on the Extranet:
- Log in to the Extranet
- Under Property, click Facilities & services
- Select the facilities and services you offer at your property
- Click Save
Updating your facilities in Pulse
Follow these steps to update your property’s facilities using the Pulse app:
- Log in to Pulse on your mobile device
- Tap More
- If you manage multiple properties, select the property you want to update under Property details
- Tap Facilities & services
- Select the facilities and services you offer at your property
- Give additional details if prompted
- Tap Save
