Updating your property’s facilities

Attract guests by showing them what facilities your property has. Any facilities you indicate will appear in our filters, making you more visible on our platform. You can update your facilities on the Extranet or in the Pulse app.

Updating your facilities on the Extranet

Follow these steps to update your property’s facilities on the Extranet:

  1. Log in to the Extranet
  2. Under Property, click Facilities & services
  3. Select the facilities and services you offer at your property
  4. Click Save

Updating your facilities in Pulse

Follow these steps to update your property’s facilities using the Pulse app:

  1. Log in to Pulse on your mobile device
  2. Tap More
  3. If you manage multiple properties, select the property you want to update under Property details
  4. Tap Facilities & services
  5. Select the facilities and services you offer at your property
  6. Give additional details if prompted
  7. Tap Save

 

Follow these steps to update your property’s facilities in the extranet:

  1. Log in to the extranet.
  2. Under Property, click on Facilities & services.
  3. Select the facilities and services you offer on your property.
  4. Click Save.

For facilities that you’ve added to your listing, you can also include additional details and photos. 

Some of the facilities you can add to your listing include:

  • Swimming pools, saunas, hot tubs and jacuzzis
  • Gyms and fitness centres
  • Restaurants and bars
  • Gardens and terraces
  • Reception, shuttle and front desk services 
  • Kids’ clubs and family entertainment
  • Safety, security, cleanliness and cleaning services
  • Building information
  • Business facilities
  • Sustainability initiatives
  • Car rental services

Please note that if you want to provide specific details about your car rental services, you should contact the guests to coordinate it yourselves.

 

Follow these steps to update your property’s facilities using the Pulse app:

  1. Log in to Pulse on your mobile device.
  2. Tap More.
  3. If you manage multiple properties, select the property you want to update under Property details.
  4. Tap Facilities & services.
  5. Select the facilities and services you offer on your property.
  6. Give additional details if prompted.
  7. Tap Save.
