How to change or update your property address

Note: To make sure property address changes are correct, we ask you to include a copy of a utility bill (e.g. gas, electricity, water, sewage, phone, municipal tax) as proof. You can easily attach it as a file while writing your message.

If you need to change your property’s address, you can do so by simply sending us a message. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Extranet’s “Inbox” tab and select “ messages.”
  2. Click “Compose new message” and choose “Property details” as the topic.
  3. Include your new address and the reason for the change. Upload a copy of a utility bill as proof that your request is accurate, as well. 
  4. Our team will review your request, then update the change in the system. We’ll contact you within 2–5 days to let you know when change is complete.

Remember: It’s important for us to know about any address change as soon as possible. This will prevent us from showing incorrect info on your property page and in guests’ booking confirmations.
