How to change or update your property address
Note: To make sure property address changes are correct, we ask you to include a copy of a utility bill (e.g. gas, electricity, water, sewage, phone, municipal tax) as proof. You can easily attach it as a file while writing your message.
If you need to change your property’s address, you can do so by simply sending us a message. Just follow the steps below:
- Go to the Extranet’s “Inbox” tab and select “Booking.com messages.”
- Click “Compose new message” and choose “Property details” as the topic.
- Include your new address and the reason for the change. Upload a copy of a utility bill as proof that your request is accurate, as well.
- Our team will review your request, then update the change in the system. We’ll contact you within 2–5 days to let you know when change is complete.
Remember: It’s important for us to know about any address change as soon as possible. This will prevent us from showing incorrect info on your property page and in guests’ booking confirmations.
