We resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently noticed a technical issue on the Extranet that meant the info displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know that we resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


There’s no need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Can I set up a deal or promotion for multiple properties at once?

Save time by setting the same seasonal promotion for multiple properties or your entire property portfolio in just a few minutes:

  1. On the Extranet, click the Promotions tab under any of your properties.
  2. Select Add new promotion.
  3. Under Seasonal promotions, click Set up multiple properties below the relevant promotion.
  4. Review the settings for the new promotion.
  5. Click Edit to make changes, or else Next to continue.
  6. Select the properties, rooms, and rates the promotion should apply to, then click Next.
  7. Click Apply to selected to finalize.

Note: To access this feature, you need to have an Extranet group account for managing multiple properties. If you manage multiple properties but don’t have a group account yet, contact us to set it up.
